Radisson Rewards, a new loyalty program
March 5, 2018 marks the launch of our newly re-branded global rewards program called Radisson RewardsTM (formerly Club Carlson).  Radisson Rewards spans our global footprint and offers exceptional benefits to our guests, meeting planners, travel agents and business partners. 

As part of this evolution, we will roll our three programs for professionals under one new umbrella name:
Radisson Rewards for Business
Members will enjoy all the same great benefits as before – only the name of the program has changed.

I’m currently a Look To Book member. What do I need to do to participate in Radisson Rewards for Business?
Travel agents who are existing Look To Book members are automatically members of Radisson Rewards for Business. This is simply a program name change – your member number, personal booking information, etc., remain unchanged. Just as before, entering your personal booking information in the SI field of the GDS or on any of our brand web sites before ending the reservation will ensure you receive your points for each booking.

Participation in the program is subject to the program’s complete terms and conditions.

Are my Look To Book points still valid?
Yes! Your points remain just as before and can be redeemed for all the exciting rewards you see when you log in
As an active member of Radisson Rewards for Business, your points never expire. However, if you are inactive for 2 years, your points may expire. For more information on point expiration, please see the Radisson Rewards for Business program terms and conditions

What are the earnings in the new program?
Exactly the same as in Look To Book: 10 points per 1 US dollar for consumed bookings.  Redemption levels also remain the same for rewards. There is no devaluation to points or rewards. 

How do I earn points in the new program? Has Master Chain Code CW changed?
Master Chain Code CW and the booking process remain unchanged:
Via GDS: In the SI field, enter SI-CW-your V-number or SI-CW-your member name (e.g. MSMITH) before ending the reservation.
Via any of our brand web sites: when entering Guest Information, enter your V-number in the Travel Agent Booking Name field.

Has my member number changed?
No – your member number, which starts with a V followed by six digits, remains unchanged.

How do I redeem my points in the new program?
Please visit the redeem page to log in and view the same great rewards at the same point redemption levels.

What are the Radisson Hotel Group brands? Are they all eligible for point earnings?
Radisson Hotel Group is comprised of eight brands:

  • Radisson Collection (formerly Quorvus Collection)
  • Radisson Blu Hotels
  • Radisson Hotels (formerly with a green underline, now with a light blue underline)
  • Park Inn by Radisson
  • Country Inn & Suites by Radisson (formerly Country Inns & Suites By Carlson)
  • Radisson Red
  • Park Plaza
  • prizeotel (joining in June 2018)

Points can be earned from all our brands on eligible rates.  Please see the terms and conditions for eligible rates.
