Can I change or cancel a free hotel night reservation once it has been made?
Yes. To change or cancel a free hotel night reservation, please log in to your account and go to the VIEW OR CHANGE AWARD RESERVATION tab on the booking panel on the homepage. In the event that you cancel your reservation directly with the hotel for any reason, you must ask the hotel to send an email to our program team confirming that they have cancelled the reservation in order for points to be returned to your account. Please have the hotel direct the email to travelagentrewards@radissonhotels.com
