What if I make a reservation and forgot to enter my Radisson Rewards for Business information in the SI field? 

To earn points, Radisson Rewards for Business entries must be entered at the time of the initial reservation. Points will not be awarded to any existing reservations where no Radisson Rewards for Business entry was made at the initial time of reservation. Points will not be awarded by modifying reservations made by another travel consultant or made directly by the guest via an online booking tool. Canceling and rebooking a reservation to enter your Radisson Rewards for Business entry in the SI field is considered fraudulent and may result in the loss of Pending and Spendable Points. No exceptions will be made.
